Responsibility
- Oversee and project manage bank's upgrade of CBS
- Lead the overall IT function in the bank
- Set and manage bank IT budgets for both capex and opex
- Implement best practices for management of bank's applications, hardware and systems
- Implement best practice for Data Centre management
- Lead recruitment and performance management within overall IT department
- Work with our software partners to grow and improve our product lines
- Oversee all IT projects within the bank
- Ensure continual improvement in our IT processes and systems
