MARKETING & CUSTOMER INSIGHTS MANAGER


Our client is looking for an outstanding Marketing & Customer Insights Manager.

About the Role:

Reporting to the Vice President Marketing, we are seeking a Marketing & Customer Insights Manager to join the team.


You will be responsible for;

• Developing insights on who our Customers are across all our business channels and develop an in-depth understanding of their behavior by category, by purchase frequency, by seasons of the year.

• Conducting weekly analytics on new Customers to understand new Customer behavior and retention

• Weekly analytics of existing Customers to understand Category behavior in order to generate insights to inform the Marketing strategy and execution plans.

• Working with the Customer Insights Manager, review and execute an end to end Customer retention program to drive up Customers per Agent (CPA), overall customer retention and revenue.

• Regularly analyze and measure/trend the effectiveness of the Customer Retention programs.

• Defining and developing a Customer-Centric program for Marketing that is measurable.

• Developing Marketing programs based on Customer insights to grow overall Customer numbers for the business.

• Working with our Analytics team to create effective tracking reports used to monitor and evaluate executed programs or promotions.


About You:

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business or another relevant field preferred with Analytics.
• You have superior computer skills, including strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• You have at least 5-8 years of previous experience in Customer Marketing that is designed to drive sales.
• You live for data-driven decisions and are fanatical about measuring everything.
• You have experience in managing marketing programs to drive customer retention, penetration, and loyalty.
• You have experience across a broad range of marketing specialties
