WELLNESS ADVISOR

We are at the forefront of the development of quality patient support through the Company’s disease management programs, hospital at home program and virtual clinics for the Company’s B2B, B2C and B2G clients. Key Responsibilities
1. Plan and manage programs in accordance with operational, quality, safety, and service standards and coordinate the planning and delivery of wellness campaigns including health awareness, educational campaigns, behaviour change programs, health assessments/screenings biometric events, incentive programs, health fairs and more
2. Assist in developing and implementing Strategic plans of TruDoc 24x7
3. Motivate and educate the wellness department staff
4. Coordinate and plan wellness programs including health consultations, awareness sessions, educational campaigns and workshops with members/patients ensuring their success through well-defined measurement criteria
5. Keep abreast of current national wellness and wellbeing initiatives and activities
6. Explore ideas and opportunities to personalize the program to increase client participation
7. Participate in inpatient care by creating individualized meal plans based on clients’
needs, health condition, and medical program
8. Assist the clients to work towards their goals and objectives and achieve progress
9. Develop and prepare statistical reports, including documentation of patient assessments and nutritional care plans in medical records utilizing electronic database and software programs
10. Monitor the department staff performance and ensure that it is as per the required standards
11. Develop a Performance Management System for the Department (KPIs) and for the individuals (Annual Performance Assessment)
12. Submit a periodic report to the Chief Compliance Officer on the Department plans, performance, challenges and recommendations
13. Conduct regular meeting with all department staff to ensure the smooth running of the work
14. Prepare duty rota for department staff
15. Perform any other job-related task given by the CEO

Additional Details. 
You will be required to attend regular training on Basic Life Support BLS, ACLS, Communication and interpersonal skills
The job requires working (40 hours per week) of duty hours

Managerial and leadership skills
To qualify for the role, you must have:
1. Bachelor’s degree in nutrition, nutrition and dietetics, or any relevant speciality
2. MoH License, Nutritionist or Clinical Dietitian
3. At least 5 years work experience in clinical care with patients
